Curve Lake Digital Art Virtual Summer Camp

This item either needs to be saved with availabilities and dates or only has availabilities in the past.

Online

Join the Pinnguaq Association, in collaboration with Curve Lake First Nation and the Kawartha Art Gallery, for a digital art virtual summer camp, running online from August 17th to the 21st, 2020. This year, we will be exploring digital art techniques related to digital painting and digital animation as we look to create pieces centred on Curve Lake First Nation’s community and upcoming pow wow.

This camp is intended for ages 8-12, but older participants who are interested are also welcome. Computers will be made available for borrowing/loaning on as-needed basis. As this is a virtual summer camp, camp activities will take place over Zoom (a free downloadable app for participating in web meetings), from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (tentatively) each day. Participating campers will be sent a Zoom link in advance of the camp with the necessary connection information.
